Telecare Cambridge Distress Centre is a non-profit organization which provides emotional support, crisis and suicide intervention, as well as community information and referrals to individuals in Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, Guelph and surrounding areas, so no one needs to suffer in silence.

Our crisis lines are open 7 days a week and provide confidential and non-judgmental listening and emotional support.
