1. IMPAIRED BY DRUGS – ARREST

On April 19th, 2012, just before 11am the Guelph Police responded to a call from a concerned citizen, reporting a vehicle being driven erratically. Police located the vehicle and after speaking to the driver believed he was under the influence of drugs. The male driver was arrested and examined by a Drug Recognition Evaluator at the police station who confirmed the driver’s ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by drugs.

Richard LOUGHLIN 53 years of Ariss was charged with Operating a Motor vehicle while being Impaired by Drug contrary to the Criminal Code. He will appear in court on June 5th, 2012.
